This is based on true events that happened to a family of Air Force members. Father was enlisted into the Vietnam War towards the end of the war itself. The fact that Tommy’s whole family including Mother and four younger sisters, as well as his fiance’ Cassie, they didn’t want Tommy to enlist into the Air Force or any other branch of service. Dad came home with two amputated legs and had to sit in a wheelchair 90% of each and everyday of his life after he was medically discharged because of his amputated legs. He couldn’t walk just worked on his computers from his chair. Tommy didn’t like all names that the town was calling our family, So he was thinking again that our family was considered cowards just because dad came back half of a mam.
