This is a story of a 15 year old boy making a journey from his home-front in Wiesbaden, Germany to his Aunt’s home in Oldenburg, Germany trying to evade the German Reich during the Great War (World war 1) in 1915. He along the way befriends a dog, girlfriend and a small family (adopted by the grace of God). The German Army was taking all male and female person’s from their home and forcing them to join this horrible war. It has a lot of action, love, and laughter along the way. They save the life of a British pilot who was shot down by the famous flying ace called the Red Baron.
